One circle a day.
That's the whole system.
A printable tracker for your fridge. Each night you color today green, orange or red. No app, no logging, no streak to break. By the end of the month, you can see exactly how you've been living.
Pick three habits. Count how many you kept.
Green
You did all three.
A planned rest day counts. So does a treat you planned for.Orange
Two of three, or one small slip.
Skipped the gym. Pizza night. Snacked at midnight. Still mostly on track.Red
One or none. It happens.
Tomorrow is a new circle. That's the point of circles. Can't decide? Ask yourself: if every day looked like today, would I reach my goal?
Perfect months don't exist. Greenish ones do.
Most habit trackers are all or nothing. You miss one day, the streak resets to zero, and somehow that's the day you stop trying altogether.
We think a pizza night shouldn't erase three good weeks. So it doesn't. It's orange: worth noticing, not worth quitting over.
You're not aiming for a perfect month. You're aiming for a little more green than last month. That's a goal you can actually keep for a year.
365 circles. One look tells you how your year went.
Healthy means something different to everyone. Start with a plan, or write your own.
There's a blank "my own" box too. Fasting after 7pm, no phone in bed, a daily walk. Whatever counts for you.
Print it tonight. Start tomorrow.

Fair questions.
Is this an app?
No, and that's on purpose. It's a PDF you print at home. It lives on your fridge, where you'll actually see it every day.
Do I get a physical product?
No. You get an instant download from Etsy, then print it as many times as you like. Thick matte paper or light cardstock works best.
It's not January. Can I start now?
Yes. The undated cards work for any month, starting on any day. Write the month at the top and begin at circle 1.
How big are the cards?
Each card is A5 or half-letter, about the size of a postcard pair. You print two on one sheet and cut down the middle, so it doesn't take over your fridge.
What do I color with?
Anything green, orange and red. Markers, colored pencils, or ½ inch (13 mm) dot stickers if you want it extra satisfying.
I'm colorblind. Will this work?
Yes. The guide suggests adding a simple mark inside each circle (✓, ~ or ✕), so your month reads clearly without relying on color.
